This was an image I rendered and painted over for the cover of Neuron, a peer-reviewed scientific journal of neuroscience published by Cell Press. The camera was set from a unique vantage point taken from a project I was working on for the National Institute of Mental Health while at the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging at UCLA.
